Sendresult Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

This Refund Policy (the "Policy") applies to all users ("You"/"User") who use the Sendresult Email Verification Service (the "Service") and its related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy and the Terms of Service.

Given that this product provides services to users in multiple countries and regions, matters such as the application of law and the place of dispute resolution involved in this Policy shall be subject to the current effective laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the country/region where you are located.

I. Eligibility and Required Materials for Account Balance Refund

1.1 Refund requests are only applicable to the unused and valid balance in your Sendresult account. Balances that have been used to purchase email verification services, offset platform fees, or expired in accordance with platform rules are not eligible for refund.

1.2 You must contact our customer service to initiate a refund application through designated channels (official email: service@sendresult.com) and submit the following complete, true and valid materials and information:

  • Payment confirmation screenshot (clearly showing transaction ID, payment amount, payment date and payment method, such as credit card statement, PayPal receipt, bank transfer record, etc.);
  • Complete screenshot of account balance (including account username, available balance, and timestamp of the screenshot);
  • Unique account identification information (such as account ID, registered email, bound mobile phone number, etc., which must be consistent with the registration information on the platform);
  • Written refund application form (template provided by the platform, which needs to fill in the refund amount, refund reason, and original payment account information, including the account holder's name, account number, opening bank/payment platform name, etc.).

1.3 The information you submit must be completely consistent with the records in the platform's database. If the information is incomplete, forged, tampered with or inconsistent, the platform will immediately reject the refund application and shall not bear any explanatory responsibility.

II. Refund Review and Processing Process

2.1 Upon receiving your complete refund application, the platform will complete a comprehensive review within 5 business days (excluding legal holidays and weekends in the country/region where you are located and the platform's operation location).

2.2 The scope of review includes but is not limited to: the authenticity and validity of the submitted payment and account balance materials; whether your account usage behavior complies with the Terms of Service (no violations, fraudulent acts, etc.); the consistency between the refund amount and the unused balance in the account.

2.3 After the review is approved:

  • The platform will initiate a refund to the original payment method/account used for your initial recharge/purchase within 1-3 business days after the review is approved;
  • The actual time for the refund to arrive in your account depends on the processing rules of the payment institution you use (for example, credit cards usually take 3-7 business days, and PayPal takes 1-2 business days). The platform shall not be liable for delays in arrival caused by third-party payment institutions.

2.4 After the review is rejected:

  • The platform will inform you of the reason for the rejection in writing via email/in-site message within 1 business day after the review is completed;
  • You may supplement relevant materials and reapply within 7 calendar days after receiving the rejection notice. Multiple submissions of applications with the same incomplete information will not be accepted.

III. Legal Recourse Provisions for Illegal Refunds

3.1 If the platform finds any of the following situations at any time (including after the refund is completed), it has the right to recover the refunded amount in full or in part in accordance with the legal provisions of the country/region where you are located:

  • You submit false, forged or tampered materials or information to obtain a refund;
  • The refund application involves fraudulent acts, violates the provisions of the Terms of Service, or violates the laws and regulations of the country/region where you are located (such as using the Service for illegal email verification, account hijacking and other illegal activities);
  • The refund is completed due to incorrect review results caused by technical errors, human operation mistakes or force majeure factors.

3.2 Recourse methods include but are not limited to: deducting from the remaining balance in your Sendresult account; sending you a formal legal demand letter requesting return; initiating litigation or applying for arbitration to a competent authority in accordance with the legal provisions of the country/region where you are located. All costs arising therefrom (including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation fees, arbitration fees, preservation fees, etc.) shall be borne by you.

3.3 You agree that, for the purpose of exercising recourse rights, the platform may disclose your relevant information (including account information, transaction records, refund materials, etc.) to legal institutions, payment institutions or collection agencies on the premise of complying with the data protection laws of the country/region where you are located.

IV. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and the platform; if negotiation fails, it shall be resolved through litigation submitted to a competent court or application for arbitration in accordance with the legal provisions of the country/region where you are located (the specific method shall be subject to the permission of the laws of the country/region where you are located).

4.2 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Policy shall all be governed by the current effective laws of the country/region where you are located. If any clause of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

4.3 The platform's failure to exercise or timely exercise any right under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
